This unpredictable, digital, and people-centered experience economy we now live in today, no longer suits the old traditional workplace model. Companies now need to differentiate themselves from their competitors and be more agile organisations and humanistic to employee's needs and welfare, if they are to thrive!

The cost of this is huge! Office rent in London in the 1st quarter of 2020 is the highest in Europe, between £48.5 to £112.5 psf, and is expected to rise by around 5% in the next three years. The cost of replacing an employee incurs significant costs for employers of over £30k, and the annual costs of sickness absence for UK businesses are estimated at anything between £670 to £1600 per employee.

Every unproductive worker equates to a business loss of £4,500 per year, and the average cost for an office fit-out, with dilapidations in London, costs around £90 per square foot.

Here we will make sense of everything that we have heard and observed, generate a list of top pain points and goals to solve. Create lots of ideas, identify opportunities for design and test, refine your solutions.
